Yewen online | the school of metallurgical engineering of Xi’an University of architecture and technology successfully carried out the “special summer social practice for educational development in rural areas of Chengcheng County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province”


In order to better understand the rural situation and care for rural children, the 2021 summer social practice group of “special summer social practice for educational development in rural areas of Chengcheng County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province”, School of metallurgical engineering, Xi’an University of architecture and technology, carried out a one-week visit and study in Yijing village, Anli Town, Weinan City on July 20

.

In the process of practice, members not only have a further understanding of rural left behind children, but also have a deeper understanding of the new development of rural areas

.

Group photo of practice members since July 20, in order to stimulate the development of children in the village, the practice team has divided into groups for two days and carried out voluntary publicity activities with the themes of “how to make a learning plan”, “reading a rich life”, “intelligence game competition”, “physical and chemical experiment display” and “learning from revolutionary martyrs”

In these three days, the members realized their desire for new things and their patriotic enthusiasm

.

They hope to convey better experience and ideas to them through this activity, and encourage them to study harder in the future and strive to contribute to the society

.

In the next two days, the practice members visited the families of rural children in groups

.

Through the visit, they learned that most rural children are left behind children

.

The members learned that most parents only pay attention to their children’s clothing, food, housing and transportation, but few parents can accompany their children’s growth and provide their children with multifaceted guidance

.

Therefore, the members put forward some suggestions to their children’s parents according to their growth experience and current educational development, which are conducive to their children’s learning trend and interest development

.

During the last two days of the children’s family visit, the team members learned about the local agricultural development along with the visit and study in the countryside

.

After discussing the methods of getting rich in their hometown with farmers, they publicized the party history and “anti drug and epidemic prevention knowledge” to farmers, shared about the new rural preferential agricultural policy, and told them that they should actively cooperate with various regulations issued by the state and implement scientific farmers’ development

.

Visiting farmers through this activity, team members learned about the current situation of rural development and improved their confidence in Rural Revitalization

.

This is not only an opportunity to encourage rural children to explore the outside world, but also a witness to rural innovative development

.

At the same time, every member is more aware that as the pillars of the country, new youth should pay attention to and help the multi-level education and training of rural children, so that rural children can get all-round development and promote the integration of urban and rural education

.

They should also not forget their roots, love their hometown, encourage them to go home and start businesses, drive rural revitalization, and college students become village officials
