According to Article 22 of the Environmental Administrative Penalty Measures, a case was filed and investigated on December 21, 2022.

Case 2: Suspected of Noise Disturbing Residents in Entertainment Places in Licheng District [Case Introduction] On January 16, 2023, at around 1:00 am, the Fenghuangshan Police Station of Putian Public Security Bureau received an alarm stating that a certain KTV in its jurisdiction was causing noise disturbance to residents.
On March 7, 2023, the Putian Ecological Environment Bureau issued an administrative penalty decision to the unit, and in accordance with Article 77 of the Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, a fine of RMB 22000 was imposed on the party involved.
Case 1: The construction site in Chengxiang District is suspected of violating environmental noise pollution prevention and control regulations.
They found that the unit had not obtained a continuous construction certificate, and at 13:33, a construction team was still working on pile foundation construction, causing noise.
According to the provisions of Articles 18 and 58 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Management and Punishment, the Putian Ecological Environment Bureau has issued a warning to the perpetrator of the illegal act
