Compared with ordinary buildings, prefabricated buildings are environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient, which is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and cultivating new kinetic energy

According to the guidance of the general office of the State Council on vigorously developing prefabricated buildings, the development of prefabricated buildings is a major change in the construction mode
.
As an important measure to promote the supply side structural reform and the development of new urbanization, the state proposes to “strive to use about 10 years to make the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the new building area reach 30%”
.
The reporter learned that at the end of last year, our city issued the “special plan for the development of prefabricated buildings in Jiangmen City (2020-2025)”, which proposed that “by the end of 2021, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the new building area in Jiangmen City will reach more than 20%,” and strive to achieve the goal of “by the end of 2025, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the new building area in Jiangmen City will reach more than 35%”

At the same time, we should build no less than 5 prefabricated building demonstration projects and no less than 7 prefabricated building parts production bases

“To adapt to it, it is imperative to cultivate a number of engineering general contracting enterprises with modern assembly and construction level and professional skill teams.” Huang Dachang said

In his view, the current talent problem is gradually becoming a bottleneck restricting the development of prefabricated construction, the gap of prefabricated construction workers, especially skilled workers is very large

“First of all, many positions with a large demand for talents are emerging positions in the industry

Secondly, the domestic educational institutions lack the corresponding resources to meet the needs of talents education for the development of prefabricated construction, and the industry lacks the channels for talents transportation of prefabricated construction

” Based on the above situation, Huang Dachang puts forward some suggestions
.
First of all, we should strengthen school enterprise cooperation and do a good job in the combination of production and education
.
Through good foundation of school enterprise cooperation, colleges and universities can carry out in-depth cooperation with construction industry associations and prefabricated construction enterprises, establish “production, learning and research” cooperation system and mutual benefit policy, innovate talent training mode, set up prefabricated construction related courses, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, strengthen the training of prefabricated architectural design, production, construction, management and other professionals, and promote the development of construction industry Practitioners to “industrial workers” transformation and upgrading
.
Secondly, for construction enterprises, a set of scientific and reasonable staffing standards or systems for various types of work should be formulated according to the actual situation
.
At the same time, more efforts should be made to train and set up professional and standardized assembly construction teams for hoisting installation and sealing grouting, so as to improve the engineering quality of assembly building
.
“In addition to the continuous introduction of talents, we should also set up more assembly related institutions within the enterprise, formulate long-term plans conducive to the cultivation and development of assembly building talents, and continuously cultivate our own professional talents team that adapt to the development of assembly building

Only in this way can we occupy a favorable position in the increasingly fierce market competition
