In other words, in the future, the approval of class A (class I) qualification will be delegated to the provincial housing and construction departments for approval.
If the threshold is high, fewer people will enter, the “old players” in the room will be relaxed, and the more cakes will be distributed; The threshold is low, the influx of people naturally increases greatly, the competition is fierce, the cake that can be divided is limited, and even “not enough to eat”.
The validity period of the above qualification certificate will be automatically extended on the national construction market supervision public service platform.
The notice of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development mentioned that in addition to the comprehensive qualification, all other qualifications are delegated to the relevant competent departments at and below the provincial level for approval.
