On June 30, 2021, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development issued the notice on doing a good job in the reform and connection of “separation of certificates and licenses” in the construction industry.
In other words, in the future, the approval of class A (class I) qualification will be delegated to the provincial housing and construction departments for approval.
