The analysis and prevention guide of common problems in the fire control acceptance of civil construction projects in Jiangsu Province is to implement the Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects, the Interim Provisions on the Management of the Review and Acceptance of Fire Protection Design of Construction Projects and other laws and regulations, and comprehensively improve the quality of the design, construction and fire control acceptance of civil construction projects in Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on the basis of collecting common problems of fire acceptance of civil construction projects from the whole province, organized relevant experts from relevant design, construction, supervision, technical service units and equipment product enterprises to carry out extensive, in-depth and detailed research, and prepared the Guidelines for Analysis and Prevention of Common Problems of Fire Acceptance of Civil Construction Projects in Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”).
