02 earthwork (1) the excavation of foundation pit shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements, and over excavation is strictly prohibited

.

(2) When the earthwork of the first level foundation pit is excavated to half the depth, a 24-hour patrol shall be carried out until the concrete pouring of the bottom plate is completed

.

(3) When the earth is backfilled on the roof of the garage, it is strictly forbidden for the earth moving vehicles to work directly on the roof of the garage

.

03 formwork project (1) the formwork scheme must have workable and effective construction drawings: pole plan and detail node drawing

.

(2) The support system of the post cast strip and the reserved cantilever post cast beam slab must be set separately, and it is strictly forbidden to return to the top after removal

.

(3) The side beam support system must form an integral stress system with the inner frame, and it is strictly forbidden to connect with the outer frame

.

(4) In addition to the specially designed independent steel support, the step distance of the horizontal bar shall not exceed 1.5m, the horizontal bar shall be set along the vertical and horizontal direction at the bottom and top of the vertical bar, and the extension length of the jacking screw shall not exceed 200 mm

.

(5) In addition to the specially designed setting formwork system, the spacing of split screw should be ≤ 500mm

.

(6) After the erection of the formwork system, the chief engineer of the project must lead the team to review the implementation of the scheme, and form a real and effective review record

.

04 reinforcement engineering (1) straight thread reinforcement joint must be cut flat, and the end face shall be polished after the thread head is processed, and the effective thread 1-2p shall be exposed after the installation

.

After the cutting, thread head processing and installation are completed, they must be checked and marked

.

(2) In rainy and snowy weather, the steel bars should not be welded in the open air, the steel bar diameter ≥ 22 should not be welded by electroslag pressure welding, the convex height of the welding package of the electroslag pressure welding joint should be ≥ 4mm, the axis offset should be ≤ 1mm, and there should be no burn defect at the electrode contact

.

(3) The water stop steel plates for special parts such as “L”, “Z”, “t” and “cross” must be factory processed finished water stop steel plates, and field welding is strictly prohibited

.

05 concrete engineering (1) slab concrete must be vibrated with plate vibrator, and the removal of formwork must meet the requirements of relevant specifications and go through the approval procedures

.

(2) During concrete pouring, sufficient standard curing specimens and co curing specimens must be made according to the inspection and test plan, and the standard curing specimens, formwork removal specimens and 600 ℃ D specimens shall be maintained and inspected according to the specification requirements

.

(3) When the concrete strength grade difference between beam slab and wall column is more than two grades, the joint structure of beam slab and wall column must meet the design requirements or take effective anti mixing measures

.

(4) The construction joint must be treated after the final setting of the concrete, chiseled to expose the stones and washed clean

.

06 prefabricated structural engineering (1) when positioning the reserved reinforcement of precast wall column bottom plate, the positioning mold should be used to insert the reserved reinforcement section, and the mold should be welded on the main reinforcement of the bottom plate

.

(2) Before grouting reinforcement sleeve, grouting quality and joint tensile strength should be inspected by simulating the grouting method of component joint on site

.

(3) The temporary support of precast wall column shall be removed after the grouting material strength in sleeve connector meets the design and specification requirements

.

07 roof engineering (1) before roof construction, detailed design shall be carried out to deepen the roof drainage aspect, dividing joint, gutter, eaves gutter, water hole, water falling mouth, etc., and corresponding construction drawings shall be drawn

.

(2) The root of protruding roof structure or components (external wall of machine room, parapet, threshold, flue, etc.) must be set with concrete counter sill and coiled material closing groove (except threshold), which shall be at least 250mm higher than the finished surface of roof, and the counter sill and roof slab shall be poured at the same time

.

08 mechanical and electrical installation engineering (1) concentric sleeve shall be set for pipe, bridge and air duct through the wall and through the plate, and water retaining wall shall be set for bridge and air duct through the plate, with tight fireproof sealing

.

(2) It is forbidden to mix steel and plastic for electrical piping, and it is forbidden to lay in half light and half dark

.

Special joints or mouth protection must be used for entering boxes, boxes and cabinets

.

(3) The foundation of non static equipment must have effective damping measures, the damping pad (damper) shall not be covered by leveling layer, and the equipment damping pedestal with spring damper must have flexible limiting measures

.

09 decoration and curtain wall engineering (1) before the construction of fine decoration, the detailed design should be carried out and the sample should be made first, and the large-scale construction can only be carried out after the sample is accepted

.

(2) The pull-out bearing capacity of anchor bolt of post embedded parts shall be tested on site according to the regulations, and the ultimate bearing capacity of on-site test shall be more than 2 times of the design value, and the lightweight infilled wall shall not be used as the supporting structure of curtain wall

.

10 outer frame system (1) the outer frame scheme must have feasible and effective construction drawings: plan, elevation, cantilever steel beam layout, wall connecting parts layout

.

(2) The horizontal sealing of the outer frame must meet the following requirements: the operation layer and the next layer of the operation layer, the first layer of the cantilever frame (climbing frame), the second layer of the floor frame, and the middle layer not more than 10m must be fully closed

.

(3) The cantilever beam of the cantilever frame must be no less than 16 national standard I-beam, the diameter of the cable-stayed wire rope shall be no less than 14, and the height of the frame body shall be more than 20m

.

(4) The integral lifting frame must have a complete type inspection report when entering the site, and its guide rail or guide rod must have three reliable connecting points to the wall

.

The power system (1) must adopt TN-S neutral protection system

.

(2) Three level distribution and two-level leakage protection system is adopted

.

(3) The operation current of the leakage protector in the distribution box is 150mA, and the operation time is 0.2S; the operation current of the leakage protector in the switch box is 30mA or 15mA, and the operation time is 0.1s

.

(4) AC welding machine must be equipped with secondary step-down protector (including electroslag pressure welding machine)

.

The construction scheme of special equipment (1) must be prepared by the installation unit, approved by the chief engineer of the installation unit and stamped with official seal, and then submitted to the chief engineer of the general contractor and the project director for signature and approval

.

(2) The leasing, installation, dismantling and using units must timely complete their respective approval materials and ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the materials; the management and operating personnel of the installation and dismantling units must provide valid certificates and work with certificates

.
