The project is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, with an area of 41682 square meters.
It is designed as a 36 class primary school, where the teaching building and sports field are seamlessly connected, achieving a boundaryless campus life.
The project site is closely adjacent to the urban interface.
In such a tense land use environment, the design attempts to intensively and efficiently utilize land and vertical space, stacking multiple types of public spaces to provide opportunities for bringing teaching space and activity venues closer together.
Several outdoor staircases connecting the sports field add a three-dimensional and layered organizational structure to the campus space, accompanying children’s growth and promoting mutual integration.
